Official Rules

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. REGISTER AT THE PENNY SHELDON TRAVEL BOOTH
1. Eligibility: “ The Sandals Honeymoon Giveaway” is open only to Bridal & Party Showcase attendees. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor: Penny Sheldon Travel ~ Boise, Idaho
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
For all entries: Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Bridal & Party Showcase. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified.
6. Drawings: The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about October 15, 2006. The random drawing will be conducted from amongst all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules . Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail, phone, or email. The Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, prize is returned as undeliverable, or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the prize will remain unawarded.
7. Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a five (5) day, four (4) night vacation (land-only) at a Sandals Grande Ocho Rios. Trip package includes meals/beverages at resort, including airport transfers on island. Airfare is not included. Winner must commence the trip within one (1) year that they are awarded the prize. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Request must be placed no less than 60 days prior to requested departure date. Winner must obey local laws in regard to lodging restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, airfare, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for international travel, i.e. passports (if applicable). Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Approximate Retail Value is $2,000. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor’s use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Penny Sheldon Travel, LLC, Unique Vacations, Inc., Sandals Resorts International (“SRI”), each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Giveaway or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Michigan (Eastern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
